Leadership comes in different styles and Andy Towers, the head coach for the PLL's Chaos, is as unique a personality as there is working in the pro ranks in any sport. He is honest, direct and motivational all at the same time, which is a different step than most professional coaches, but it seems to work for the former Brown All American and PLL and MLL All-Star.
