As ESPN was announcing the joint television venture with PLL officials Tuesday for the summer of 2022, the Michigan Lacrosse Review decided to get an inside look by conversing with the PLL's Director of Player Experience Brian Silcott, a lax veteran whose resume is as varied as his athletic successes. The former NCAA DIII two-time All American at Nazarene College, played in the early days of the MLL, carved a name out for himself in the NLL and has coached and worked as an administrator at the sport's highest levels. Brian is a member of the USA Lacrosse executive council, a strong hand in the Jamaican National team program and countless volunteer posts as a mentor and coach.
