Connor played the abbreviated 2020 "season" at Harford (NJCAA), 2021 at Canisius (D1), at Mount St. Mary's (D1) 2022-2023, and at Drexel (D1) for a grad year in 2024. He coached the Michigan St. MCLA club team during the 2025 season before joining the coaching staff at Centre (D3) in Danville, KY. Connor finished second in the nation with a 65.1 face-off win percentage in 2023 for Mount St. Mary's.
