Northwood is adding men's and women's lacrosse. The teams will compete in scrimmages and exhibition games in the 2023-24 season, with the regular competition scheduled to begin during the 2024-25 seasons.
Northwood had a men's varsity team in the 1990's playing in NCAA Division II. Ron Hebert was the coach, and 2000 was the final season. A club team was started in 2009. It competed in the MCLA through 2014 and then in the GLLL.
